Laser Services FAQ
Can you engrave something I supply?
In many cases, yes. Customer-supplied items are accepted subject to material compatibility. Unfamiliar materials, coatings or finishes may require testing.
Do you do one-off projects?
Yes. One-off custom projects are welcome, along with repeat jobs and small production runs.
What artwork files do you accept?
Vector files such as SVG, AI, EPS and vector PDF are preferred. High-resolution images can also work depending on the project. If you're unsure, send what you have.
Can you engrave glass and crystal?
Yes. We can engrave suitable glass and crystal items using UV laser technology. Results can vary depending on the exact material and construction of the item, so some projects may require testing.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Repeatable production work can generally be priced more efficiently than individual one-off pieces.
Are there materials you won't laser?
Yes. Materials that can produce hazardous fumes or damage equipment will not be processed. PVC, vinyl and some materials of unknown composition may be refused.
How much does laser engraving cost?
Pricing depends on material, size, artwork preparation, setup, quantity and the laser process required. Projects are quoted individually.
