Leather Satchel Pattern
This is a straightforward leather satchel pattern with a large 3" deep main pocket, a smaller 1.5" deep front pocket, a large front flap, and an adjustable shoulder strap.
I kept the construction fairly simple, making this a good project if you're newer to leatherworking or just want a useful bag without a lot of complicated pieces. The finished satchel has plenty of room for everyday gear and can easily be customized with your own tooling, artwork, hardware, or other details.
The pattern can also be scaled if you want to make a larger or smaller version.
