Leather Gorget – Wax Hardened – Made to Order

Handmade wax-hardened leather gorget designed for SCA combat, reenactment and medieval armor. Built from heavy vegetable-tanned leather with 1/4" closed-cell foam padding, a leather lining and solid brass hardware.

The wax-hardened construction creates a rigid protective shell while the padded leather lining keeps it comfortable around the neck. Each gorget is made individually and can be customized with your choice of leather color, stitching, artwork and strap color to match the rest of your armor.
