An Articulated Leather Breastplate / Cuirass Pattern with Viking Inspired Wolf Artwork.
This Leather Pattern is for SCA rattan combat, costume, LARP, or cosplay. It comes with Viking Serpent Knotwork as well as some simple additional knotwork that you can carve onto the leather if that's something you'd like to do. This is the 3rd Cuirass Pattern I've made, and is a great addition to anyone's options when creating leather armor for themselves or others.

- SIZING: Tailored to meet your needs, these are the measurements for the front and back of the Cuirass. You can customize the distance between the horizontal lames to adjust the length, especially if you have a stockier build. I recommend a touch bellow the clavical to a touch bellow the belly bottom for front length which is the most important measurement along with around the waist. For that you should add the width at Waist together of the front and back, and imagine there's a few inches of overlap on each side. For example on the small it's 15.5+23=38 -3" on each side.. so 32" (also imagine that over a gambeson or tunic etc.
